The receptionists were always very cordial and efficient :) The minibar would be refreshed frequently (twice a day) :) The bed was very large and comfortable :)

The staff was very polite and made me feel very invited and welcome, the location is amazing right across the street from TV Tower and a lot of things to do around the hotel, and it felt like a very safe area. The room and view were exceptional!

location is great, the hotel complex has lots of options and is right in city center with great views. room service 24/7 is handful!

Excellent location. Good breakfast. The room is comfortable and has plenty of space for families. Very friendly staff. Plenty of options at the same hotel complex (gym, restaurants, etc).

The hotel is well located, clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and efficient. Very good breakfast included.

Staff assistance, tranquility,location. Some details should be taken care of, like small malfunctionning of equipments and noisy bathroom exhaustion.

The team of staff were amazing, the hotel was great. The location is superb! I can say that the whole experience was 10 out 10. Certainly will come back and will recommend it to others.

Clean. Good breakfast. Affordable. Ac was a necessary feature. The water pressure in the showers was the best.
